Story
The inner circles are the colours of the Australian Aboriginal flag and the brown circles represent different skin colour shades. The blue waves represent the European people coming from across the ocean. The blue and red represent the colours of the English flag. The tears are what the Aboriginal people suffered and cries and the final circle represents the Aboriginal people in custody because of what they have suffered and the crimes committed.
