Story
After watching a documentary about a well known family that had a MTV reality show based on their day to day life. I was inspired to do a painting that reflected the vibrant nature of their family and to comment on how what they do is constantly scrutinized by the media. The left hand large circle is the father and the right is mother. The three top circles are their children together The bottom circles represent the father other children and the small circles coming off them are his grandchildren.

There is a circle on the bottom that also represents their adopted son. The red that is used is symbolic of the blood/family that binds these people together. The circles that surround them are their friends and employees that enable them to function. The rest of the painting is the silver like stars which represent the paparazzi/the flashes from their cameras. Which are kept out on most part by the support the family have around them but there are three flashes within the family circle, they are symbolic of the media that are respectful of the family's right to privacy.
