Bio, Commissioning and pricing info

Biography Information
I majored in art in my Education Degree but never really found my passion and style until I accepted the position of Art Specialist at Looma School. Looma School is situated in the Kimberley Region of Western Australia and is a Remote Aboriginal Community. I am very respectful of their style of art and this is reflected in my style. To be able to tell a family story, idea or emotion through shape and colour has always fascinated and inspired me. The time I spent in Looma, Derby and Broome was life changing because of the people I met and came to love.
I find when I paint, that it is meditation and very personal. Originally my paintings were only given to family members and close friends.
I believe my style is contemporary and decorative.
I am now based in London.

Commissions and Pricing Info
Would you like Caroline to create an original piece of artwork for you?
A painting that reflects you, your family, lifestyle, décor and colour scheme?
Do you have a restaurant/office/resort that requires original paintings based on a theme?

Simply contact to discuss.
Much of my work are commissioned pieces and I strive to provide a exciting and professional service.
If you are thinking of commissioning a painting you will be asked to consider the following first of all and then I can help with advice:

1 What style/theme would you like your art work to depict?
2 What size and shape canvas?
3 What colours? I use colours symbolically and you often ask my clients to choose colours that mean something to them or remind them of the person or place that is being depicted.

The pricing will be influenced by the answers to the above questions. After the initial discussion a quote will be put forward for your approval.
